What we can do for you
We can assist with all aspects relating to the relocation of private clients and corporates to Cyprus. Whether you are looking to invest in real estate on the island, relocate your family, or move your team and business operations, our team at ATG can advise and coordinate the entire process seamlessly.
More specifically, we can help corporate clients establish a Cyprus company through the Cyprus Business Facilitation Unit (BFU) and benefit from the island’s strategic location, tax incentives, and business-friendly policies. This may involve obtaining residence by employment for staff, including the EU Blue Card for highly skilled non-EU nationals.
For private clients/individuals, options include residence by employment, including the EU Blue Card for highly skilled non-EU nationals, permanent residency through a €300,000 investment in real estate or other qualifying assets, and a non-domicile (non-dom) tax status, which provides tax exemptions on foreign income and additional benefits to eligible holders.

Working in Cyprus
Cyprus has been successfully promoting itself as a tech island in recent years. Forward-thinkers, entrepreneurs, and professionals have been lured to the island and set up a base in this multi-cultural innovation hub. To obtain residency by employment, interested foreign nationals will need to examine the local labour environment. Once they obtain an offer from an eligible, local, international, or foreign interest company in Cyprus we can assist with the application process for their temporary residence and work permits, including the EU Blue Card, and streamline their relocation.
Cyprus is also an attractive hub for highly skilled non-EU professionals, thanks to the introduction of the EU Blue Card scheme. This streamlined residence and work permit enables professionals in sectors like technology, finance, and healthcare to live and work in the EU, with benefits such as flexible eligibility criteria, clear minimum salary thresholds (€20,000 - €32,000), and residence permits of up to 24 months. EU Blue Card holders can also bring their families, apply for permanent residence after 33 months, and pursue Cypriot citizenship within four (4) to five (5) years.
